Chelcea Driscoll, Safety Manager at rcs construction, has been named a recipient of the Canadian Occupational Safety (COS) Young Achievers 2026 Award.
The COS Young Achievers Award recognizes young professionals who are making a meaningful contribution to workplace health and safety across Canada through leadership, innovation, and practical safety initiatives.
Over the past several years, Chelcea has contributed to a number of safety programs at rcs construction, including initiatives related to personal protective equipment (PPE), electrical safety, hearing conservation, subcontractor management, and tool maintenance.
Safety is a key part of every project at rcs construction. Chelcea’s work has supported ongoing efforts to strengthen safety practices across jobsites and help maintain a safe working environment for employees, subcontractors, and project partners.
The award recognizes Chelcea’s contribution to workplace safety and highlights the importance of health and safety throughout the construction industry.
