The Bicycle Thief is one of the most premiere restaurants in Canada.
We had the privilege to be a part of the brand change from Bish, which was one of our first restaurant builds as a company, to the new award winning restaurant known as The Bicycle Thief!
This was a 5,200 square foot renovation done in record time due to complete collaboration between owners, designers and subcontractors. The first renovation was completed in 2011, which included high-end finishes, custom millwork personal touches by the owners throughout the restaurant.
The Bertossi Group has had the pleasure of working with rcs for over 20 years. Throughout that time rcs has built and renovated six high-end Italian restaurants for us. We are consistently impressed with the level of professionalism and ability to bring our ideas to fruition. Your attention to detail, quality of construction and customer service continue to be exemplary.
