The Lahey Glass Office & Showroom project involves the construction of a new 10,000 sq.ft. pre-engineered base building located at 802 Main Street in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The facility is designed to bring together office space, operational areas, and a customer showroom in one modern and efficient commercial building.
The work includes full site preparation, foundation, erection of the steel structure, installation of exterior metal cladding, and fire-rated construction elements. Careful scheduling and coordination were required to prepare the site ahead of the steel building delivery. Exterior work also includes parking areas, service access, fencing, and circulation improvements to support day-to-day business operations.
Inside, the building features polished concrete floors, a bright double-height glass entrance, efficient lighting, and large office windows. The interior layout includes private offices, meeting rooms, a boardroom, open workspace, and support rooms. The design emphasizes practicality, durability, and a clean professional appearance that reflects Lahey Glass operations.
Upon completion, the new facility will provide an organized, functional, and customer-ready environment that supports both administrative and showroom needs.
