rcs construction completed the full interior fit-up for Legros & Motti, a two-level dining concept located within the Harbour Walk development. The project transformed the base building into a modern European-inspired restaurant featuring open sightlines, industrial detailing, and extensive glazing.
The fit-up included high ceilings, exposed structural steel, polished concrete floors, and custom millwork elements throughout the dining areas. A signature central bar, large open kitchen, mezzanine seating, and integrated lighting features were built to support the restaurant’s high-capacity service model. rcs construction managed all construction phases, including structural modifications, interior finishes, and coordination with the client’s design team to maintain brand standards.
The result is a contemporary restaurant environment that blends industrial architecture with refined European influences, creating a standout dining destination within Harbour Walk.
