From concept to completion, our team led the architectural design, project management, and full construction services for this state-of-the-art hotel. Strategically connected to the nearby Credit Union Place, the facility enhances both community access and guest convenience.
With over 36,000 square feet of contemporary hotel space, Microtel Summerside offers modern amenities for both business and leisure travelers, while reinforcing Summerside’s growing position as a destination in Atlantic Canada.
The grand opening, held in January 2023, celebrated a major milestone for the community and showcased the successful collaboration between rcs construction, the Microtel team, and local stakeholders.
