rcs construction partnered with Oceanstone Seaside Resort to reimagine and redevelop key elements of their iconic coastal retreat. The project began with the careful demolition of select aging cottages and spa structures to make way for a transformative new wellness experience designed to immerse guests in serenity and natural beauty.
The upgraded spa experience includes the construction of purpose-built Spa Treatment Huts, an expansive Outdoor Spa Area, and calming Meditation Rooms, all strategically placed to highlight the resort’s scenic seaside surroundings. Each element was thoughtfully crafted to blend rustic charm with modern comfort, creating a harmonious environment for relaxation and rejuvenation.
In addition to the spa enhancements, the project involved a refurbishment of the existing laundry facilities, ensuring improved operational efficiency and guest service. A reverse osmosis drainage system was also installed, reflecting the resort’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
The result is a revitalized Oceanstone Resort that offers guests an elevated, immersive wellness experience while preserving the resort’s signature character and charm.
This project aligns with best practices promoted by the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC), supporting sustainability and energy-efficient construction across Canada.
