In June 2023, rcs construction completed a full-scale renovation of three floors within the provincial Health Association Nova Scotia headquarters. The project involved the complete demolition of original wall partitions, ceilings and finishes, followed by a full rebuild of both office and communal areas to create a modern, functional workplace environment.
The revitalized space features open-plan work zones, upgraded collaborative meeting rooms and refreshed amenity spaces designed to support HANS’s team of health-services professionals. High-performance lighting and flooring systems were installed, along with updated mechanical, electrical and data infrastructure to meet current corporate standards and future-ready operations.
Throughout the renovation, rcs construction maintained continuous engagement with HANS’s representatives to ensure minimal disruption to the building’s occupants. The project demonstrates the firm’s capability in transforming existing institutional buildings into high-quality professional environments — precisely delivered on schedule and to the client’s exacting standards.
