rcs construction partnered with the owners of Sushi Jet to complete the full fit-up of their new all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant, located in the Penhorn Plaza in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The project included demolition of existing partitions and finishes, new mechanical and electrical systems, custom millwork, and high-end interior finishes throughout.
The redesigned space features a contemporary layout with clean architectural lines, natural textures, and vibrant lighting that enhances the dining experience. Key highlights include the modern open-kitchen concept, sushi display counter, and distinctive wall mosaics that reflect the restaurant’s bold visual identity.
Through careful coordination and schedule management, rcs construction successfully delivered the project on time, allowing Sushi Jet Penhorn Annex to open its doors to the public seamlessly.
