rcs construction was engaged to support the pre-construction and planning of the ALC Red Shores project in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. The project combines both a casino expansion and a renovation of key hospitality areas, including the restaurant, kitchen, and exterior patio.
The scope includes the development of a 10,000 sq ft casino expansion alongside the renovation of approximately 3,000 sq ft of existing spaces. Working closely with Atlantic Lottery Corporation and project consultants, the team provided early-stage cost planning, coordination, and project development support to help define the overall scope and direction.
The casino expansion focuses on enhancing the gaming and entertainment experience, improving customer flow, and modernizing interior spaces. At the same time, the renovation of the restaurant, kitchen, and outdoor patio areas is designed to elevate the overall guest experience, with refreshed finishes, improved layouts, and upgraded functionality.
Together, these integrated improvements create a cohesive and contemporary environment that supports both gaming operations and hospitality services, delivering a more efficient and welcoming destination for visitors.
