Located on the Halifax waterfront, Water Polo Halifax is a refined dining destination combining sophisticated design with a relaxed coastal atmosphere. A new luxurious restaurant concept from the Bertossi Group, it redefines the fine dining experience in Atlantic Canada. rcs construction was proud to deliver a complete renovation of this high-end restaurant, transforming the space into one of the city’s most elegant and inviting venues.
The renovation included a full interior refit — from custom millwork and lighting to new flooring, seating, and bar installations. The design features warm wood finishes, polished metal details, and soft ambient lighting that accentuates the restaurant’s sweeping harbour views. Each element was carefully crafted to balance contemporary style with comfort and functionality.
Distinctive circular booths, curved bar counters, and sculptural lighting fixtures define the layout, creating fluid movement and visual harmony throughout the space. The result is a seamless blend of modern craftsmanship and maritime character — an elevated yet welcoming environment for guests.
