The West Coast Medical Centre in Corner Brook, Newfoundland is a four-storey steel structure over a single level underground parking garage.

This project would be strategically situated near the building site of the new regional hospital and required a state-of-the-art professional centre and office building. The first floor of the building houses a pharmacy, coffee shop, optometry office and retail space. The remaining three floors are the home to professional medical services.

This build also includes site landscaping and finishes, curb and gutters, walkways, lighting, parking for 128 cars and related access-ways.
