rcs Breaks Ground for New Library in CBS

The Town of Conception Bay South just recently broke ground for a new community library, which rcs was named the construction partner on.

This will be a big project and the library is slated to become a valued part of the Town’s infrastructure. rcs has already begun site preparation and construction will begin immediately!
