What is a Gold Seal Employer? Gold Seal Employers are construction companies with Gold Seal Certified employee professionals. At rcs construction, we have a handful of employees who hold the Gold Seal Certification/designation and are always encouraging our staff to participate in enhanced education/development opportunities such as achieving their Gold Seal.
